Project number one, located in Jumeirah Park, Dubai, is a two-bedroom duplex villa for which 3D modeling and rendering services were provided by Innoline. This project, tailored to the specific needs of the client, was designed with great care and precision. Throughout the various stages of the project, consultations were offered regarding interior furniture design and optimization of different spaces. Mrs. Victoria Bhusari, the interior designer, took full responsibility for the design process, working closely with our team to ensure that the villa’s interior design aligned perfectly with the client’s needs and preferences. One of the standout features of this project was the master bedroom design. In this space, the aim was to separate the sleeping area from the bathroom and toilet area in both a visually appealing and functional way. Special materials and flooring were used to create this separation, while still maintaining a connection between the two areas. This approach allowed the master bedroom to remain a cohesive, unified space. The result was a bedroom that was not only comfortable but also visually striking, offering both practicality and aesthetic beauty. Another key aspect of the design was the vanity and mirror layout. These elements not only served a functional purpose but also played a significant role in visually distinguishing the bedroom from the bathroom and toilet area. The mirrors were strategically designed to create a sense of space and light, while the vanity acted as a defining feature, establishing a clear boundary between the more private bedroom space and the more public bathroom area. Additionally, the partition wall that was created for placing the bed contributed to the overall sense of privacy and intimacy in the master bedroom. In this project, a great deal of attention was given to the lighting design. Lighting, being a critical element in interior design, has a significant impact on the ambiance and overall experience of a space. The lighting was carefully planned to ensure that all areas of the villa, particularly the master bedroom, bathroom, and toilet, were well-lit with a soft and inviting glow. The use of hidden lighting and spotlights added a subtle, yet sophisticated, touch to the space, enhancing its beauty while creating a calming and relaxing atmosphere. Finally, once all the design and construction stages were completed, the project was fully handed over to the client. The unique design approach and attention to detail made this project a successful example of interior design that addresses both the practical needs of the space and the aesthetic values. The project is a testament to the successful collaboration between the design team and the client, resulting in a space that meets the needs of its users both functionally and visually.
